Is there a limit to the amount?
Yes, the policy covers entries up to €500.
Coverage begins at the time of enrolment and ends with the start of the event for which it was taken out
Is there a deadline for requesting reimbursement?
Yes, reimbursement must be requested within the coverage period mentioned above, which is always before the start of the event.
Does the policy cover Covid-19?
Yes, Covid-19 is considered a serious illness and therefore, if you are diagnosed and cannot attend the event because of it, you will be covered. How to use the cancellation insurance?
If you contracted the cancellation insurance during the registration process and you want to request a refund, you will need to do the following procedure:
Send a reimbursement request to the following e-mail address: email@example.com or by phone at 0034 933 001 050.
Indicate in the communication:
a. ID of the client with whom the policy was activated
b. Reason for claim with supporting documents.
