At AvaiBook Sports we are delighted to be able to help you with anything you need, as well as to be able to advise and recommend you on any subject related to the management of your events. And although we would love to be able to assist everyone by phone, this is not always possible since sometimes we are busy with other calls or meetings. So in case you need help, we recommend the following:

  • Check our Help Center here: http://helpcenter.avaibooksports.com/ where we have a lot of articles divided by categories with a very comfortable search engine so that you can consult on the subject you have doubts.

  • Write to us at soporte@avaibooksports.com: in this email introduce yourself (because sometimes you use several people within the same organization, the same email address), tell us which event you are referring to and the better you explain what you need, the better and faster We can help you. Choose the subject of the email well by putting a brief summary of what you need (subjects such as "URGENT CALL ME" we assure you that they do not help us to manage your queries), and in the content of the email explain your question and if necessary, attach a screenshot that can help us to identify what happens to you. If the question is related to any registration, it is best that you specify the registration ID (s) of the participants related to your query in order to better locate the problem or resolve the question faster.
